We’re happy to help if something’s not quite right with your order. Here’s how our return process works:
Return Window
You have 72 hours (3 days) from the time your order is delivered to start a return.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, your item must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In the same pre-packed condition it arrived in
What You Can’t Return
Some items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons:
• Dental Kits
• Shaving Kits
Restocking Fee
• A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
• This helps cover inspection, cleaning, and repacking.
• We’ll waive the fee if the item is defective, damaged, or if we made a mistake with your order.
Starting Your Return
You can return an item by:
• Using our online returns portal

We’ll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number—this is required to complete your return.
Shipping Your Item Back
• If you're returning because of a sizing issue or changed your mind, you pay for return shipping.
• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.
• Pack the item securely, include the RMA number, and make sure it’s in its original packaging.

Need a Different Size or a Replacement?
Don’t worry—we understand that timing is everything. If you need a different size or a replacement, we’ll ship it out immediately to avoid any delay.
Please note:
If the original item you're returning is not scanned by the carrier within 72 hours (3 days) of your replacement being sent, you will be charged for the replacement in addition to the original purchase. This helps us ensure fairness and accountability in the return process.
Processing Time
• Returns are processed within 48 hours after they reach our warehouse.
• Refunds appear on your original payment method in 7–10 business days.
