Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 hour to 1 business day, depending on your chosen delivery method. Orders placed before 1 PM EST may ship the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In the rare event of a delay, we’ll notify you via email.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking usually activates within 24 hours.


Shipping Limitations

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)
  • APO/FPO military addresses


Taxes

Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to states where we are legally required to collect it. This is calculated at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  • Check with neighbors or building staff
  • Contact the carrier directly (carriers sometimes scan early)
